Stratus Medical recently participated in the Stanford Pain Symposium, hosted by World Academy of Pain Medicine United, at the Embassy Suites in San Francisco, California, May 1st. The meeting was attended by over 100 interventional pain management specialists, anesthesiologists, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, general practitioners, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, and therapists. WAPMU is a multidisciplinary educational non-profit medical association that provides CME accredited courses and strives to provide evidence-based approaches in procedural anatomy and interventional techniques for the treatment of chronic pain. This meeting held a cadaver lab with rotations amongst different labs. Thank you to Dr. Salmasi, a leading interventional pain specialist, who demonstrated the use of Nimbus with ultrasound guidance in our session.
