Frida Leon Olmedo,

Manager, Quality & Engineering

Frida Leon Olmedo joined Stratus Medical in June of 2022 and is responsible for engineering projects and quality & regulatory functions. Prior to Stratus, while pursuing her Master’s in Biomedical Engineering, Frida was a Teaching & Research Assistant at the Texas A&M Health Science Center. Frida completed internships at Argon Medical Devices & Stratus Medical.

Frida received her BS with Honors & MS Cum Laude in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M department of Biomedical Engineering. More recently, Frida completed QR Certification from TAMU, and most recently, her ISO-13485 Certification from ASQ.

Cody Jorgensen,

Director, Marketing

Cody Jorgensen joined the founding team as an independent contractor, prior to Stratus Medical being formed, in 2019. Cody is responsible for marketing, media relations, IT, and brand. Throughout his tenure, Cody has taken on increasing leadership responsibility, including significant time in field sales, as regional manager of the Pacific Northwest area. Cody is also a founder and partner of Med Device Today, a media company focused on evolving medical technologies.

Prior to Stratus Medical, Cody served his communities as an art teacher for six years. Cody received his BA in Art Education with an emphasis in Graphic Design from University of Nebraska at Kearney. Cody continues to have a passion for art and has painted many of the works in the company headquarters.

Tami Moore

Director, Professional Education

Tami joined Stratus Medical in 2021 as Key Account Manager focusing on the Western US. In December 2022, Tami was promoted to Director, with expanded responsibilities leading our Professional Education programs for physician customers and sales representatives. Prior to joining Stratus Medical, Tami was a principal in an orthopedic spine distributorship. Previously, Tami was a Sales Representative with K2M and Stryker Spine.

Earlier in Tami’s career, she spent 10 years working alongside orthopedic surgeons as a Certified Surgical Tech. As a native of Colorado, Tami is adjusting to the Houston summers.

Lisa Pelletier,

Vice President, Operations

Lisa Pelletier joined Stratus Medical in March of 2020 and is responsible for leading the Operations and Accounting teams. Lisa also serves as the Regulatory Rep for the company overseeing the Quality Management System. Lisa joined Stratus with a wealth of Operations and Accounting experience, most recently with CBRE, a commercial real estate management company as Accounting Manager. Previous to that, Lisa served in various management positions with a fulfillment and printing company where she managed operations, HR, and accounting functions.

Lisa graduated from Boston University with a Finance degree and has previously held her real estate license in Massachusetts.

Will Pankey, Vice President, Global Sales

Will Pankey joined Stratus Medical in December of 2019 as Director of Sales, US and is responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for our US sales organization.  Most recently, Will was a Regional Sales Manager with Medtronic where he built a great team that consistently delivered strong business results.  Prior to Medtronic, Will’s 20+ years in medical device sales, marketing and leadership included time at large companies such as Boston Scientific and early stage developing companies such as Super Dimension and Advanced Medical Optics.  

Will graduated from Tulane University with degrees in Cellular and Molecular Biology and History.  He completed his MBA at Louisiana State University with a concentration in Finance.

Bret Boudousquie, Chief Executive Officer

Bret Boudousquie founded Stratus® Medical in December 2019. Bret is responsible for leading the business to advance RF technology for the treatment of pain. Previously, as President of RadiaDyne, Bret led the transformation to a medical device and patient monitoring company with the launch of the award winning OARtrac® in vivo, radiation dose monitoring system for cancer treatment. RadiaDyne was acquired in September 2018.

Prior to RadiaDyne, Bret’s career was focused on evolving minimally invasive surgical procedures primarily in orthopedics, spine and general surgery, first with JNJ and then with start-up companies, where he established a strong track record of success in sales, marketing, and sales management. Earlier in his career, Bret gained practical corporate finance experience as a Commercial Lender with Wachovia. Bret received his BS in Finance from University of North Carolina Wilmington.
